I'm reading about the t3 instance types [1]. According to the table near the bottom of the page, t3.small and t3.medium are identical except for the amount of RAM.
Is this the only difference? It's surprising to me that for only double the RAM, the instance cost of t3.medium is double that of t3.small. I'm wondering if there's some hidden differences such as internet bandwidth or some other axis.
