Elastic Beanstalk empty /var/app/current after successful deployment

I have a config with CodePipeline that deploy a Laravel app into Elastic Beanstalk. The deployment is successful but the /var/app/current is empty, 404 on url of course, no eb logs. Someone has an idea of why ?
