Disclaimer: I have tried to search for the correct location to ask the following question(s) within the Stack Exchange Community; but without knowing the correct 'terminologies' it has proven to be quite difficult. If I am infact in the wrong directory, I would be happy to recieve such feedback, but only if you could also provide guidance as to the most appropriate directory/forum to ask the following question(s). QUESTION
I have heard the terminology, Cloud Computing, but my question is simply about Cloud Hosting and to be quite honest, I do not know if they are one in the same thing? Whilst I am aware that recommendations and/or commercial questions/answers are not permitted, I am not asking such.
Statistically, the most popular Cloud Hosting providers are Google, AWS and Azure, and they all offer somewhere between 50 and 200 different services, and I don't know where to begin researching with relation to the most appropriate services for hosting a wordpress based website with an expected large volume of traffic in the most efficient way.
What I am asking of the community is whether there are any available references or comparison sites which may assist me in undertsanding the best solution for a cloud hosting option for a wordpress website which could see approximately 10,000+ unique visitors a month possibly extending to more than 50,000+ unique visitors a month including mobile app.
Again, I'm not looking for preferred providers, just references to terminologies and/or comparison information which will help assist me in understanding what I should be looking for within my requirements.
